Aside from financial reasons, what this quarantine has taught me is that people aren’t as anti-social or “I hate people” as they described themselves to be.
And not a lot of people are rejoicing in the extra time that they have on their phones.
I don’t know if they surprises you, but in almost every person I’ve walked past—they’re almost always ready with a smile and an eye contact, waiting for me to return.
It’s been a tireless TV/newspaper/online news update every day, but it’s also been a beautiful quarantine for me.
